Its patented high-performance oven delivers the fastest heat-up and cool-down of any oven in the business, and that means shorter injection-to-injection times, and the ability to run more samples per day. Plus, the oven's twin-wall design with concentric air exhaust provides exceptional cooling to near-ambient temperatures without resorting to liquid cryogen - critical for analysis of VOCs. Weshine invented that VS-9808 has a wide-range flame ionization detector (FID), a new high-performance capillary injector with decreased reactivity, and autosampler technology that delivers multiple options for liquid injection, headspace, and SPME on one system.
Weshine VS-9808 GAS CHROMATOGRAPH specializes in the analysis of gases in transformer insulating oil. The Gas Chromatograph can analyze 7/9/11 kinds of gas components in the insulating oil through two or three chromatographic columns.
Gas Chromatograph works with the Air Generator, Hydrogen Generator, and Oscillator.
The Oscillator shocks and heats up the oil sample to get the gas from the oil. And then inject the gas sample into the Gas Chromatograph. Before that, we should use the Air Generator and Hydrogen Generator to fire the FID1 and FID2.The Gas Chromatograph will analysis the gas sample automatically, and you will see the gases components waves on the software on PC.
The test report can be printed by the printer from the Gas Chromatograph.
If there are many oil samples needed to be tested, then the Headspace Autosampler can help. 27 Samples can be shocked and heated, and then transmit the gas samples automatically by the Autosampler. It can help the Gas Chromatograph a lot, and save labor cost and time cost.
