      VS-2810A Dielectric loss tester is a basic method in insulation test and effectively detect damp, degradation and partial defect of insulation of electrical equipment. This method is widely used in electric manufacturing, electric equipment installation, connection and preventive test. Measurement on dielectric loss of transformer, mutual inductor, reactor, capacitor, bushing and arrester is the most basic method to test their
insulation property.TKC fully-automatic anti-interference dielectric loss tester breaks through the traditional bridge testing method and adopts variable frequency power technology, single chip and modernized electrical technology to carry out automatic frequency shift, analog-to-digital conversion and data computing. It features strong anti-interference capacity, high test speed, high precision, automatic digitization
and easy operation.

       1. The instrument adopts Fourier transform digital filtering technology to measure capacitance, dielectric loss and other parameters. The measured result is highly accurate and it is easy to realize automatic measurement.
       2. The instrument adopts variable frequency technology to eliminate 50Hz/60Hz power frequency interference. So a reliable data will be reachable even under the strong electromagnetic interference.
       3. The instrument adopts full touch ultra large LCD (Touch Screen) display, easy to operate.Full touch LCD screen, large full graphical interface, every process is very clear, operators do not need additional professional training can use.The whole process can be measured with a touch.
       4. Data storage: equipped with internal calendar chip and large capacity memory, can store the detection results at any time, can view the history records at any time, and can print out.The current time and storage time can be displayed and printed at
any time.
       5. Advanced data management: the instrument data can be exported through U disk, and the data can be viewed and managed by special software on any PC.
       6. The instrument is easy to operate, and the measurement process is controlled by microprocessor. As long as the appropriate measurement method is selected, the measurement of data can be completed automatically under the control of the microprocessor.
       7. The instrument is designed to be an integrated model with reference capacitor and HV power supply in it, enables site test measurement and reduces site wiring.
       8. The instrument has high accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, it only needs to be equipped with a standard oil cup and a special test line to achieve the measurement of oil dielectric loss.
       9. GST measurement with low voltage shielding function.
       10. The instrument provides ac withstand voltage test function.It is convenient for PT and CT to do ac secondary voltage withstand test and 400V low voltage system to do voltage withstand test.
       11. The instrument can identify the frequency of external high voltage power supply 40Hz~70Hz, allow to use power frequency power supply or series resonant power supply to do large capacity and high voltage dielectric loss test.
       12. The instrument has a Thermal printer that can print output, with calendar clock, convenient for users to test report, with U disk output
       13. The instrument has computer interface.One computer can control 32 instruments, which can be integrated into the comprehensive high voltage test vehicle to achieve measurement, data processing and report output.
       14. The instrument has a ground-fault protection function. In case that the instrument is not grounded or grounded incorrectly, the instrument will refuse to enter into normal procedure and output HV. As for the over-current protection function, it will protect the instrument from damage when the tested article is in a short circuit or breakdowns.
