It is an indispensable testing tool for power inspection, power supply station, metering, dispatching, relay protection and many other departments.VS-X708E measure the voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase, phase sequence, power factor, frequency and many other parameters of single-phase and three-phase alternating current.

The tested single and three-phase AC voltage and current rms are all True-RMS valuse, and are not affected by waveform distortion. According to the measured electrical parameters, the conection group of transformer can be distinguished, can judge whether the load is inductive load or capacitive load.

Test the secondary circuit and bus differential protection system, read out the phase relationship between CT of differential protection.
